Town Board to Consider Extending Moratorium
The agenda for Monday's Ithaca Town Board meeting indicates that the Town Board might extend the development moratorium for six more months. The agenda item states, "Consider DRAFT Local Law and set Public Hearing to extend the development moratorium in the Northeast through December 20, 2008." Should the Town Board decide to proceed, the public hearing could be scheduled for as early as April.
