Hearing on Moratorium Extension December 8th
At their meeting next Monday the Town Board will consider an extension of the moratorium on development in the Northeast corner of the Town through June 20th, 2009. For that purpose a public hearing has been scheduled for 5:50 p.m. on December 8th at Town Hall, 215 North Tioga Street.
The extension would allow the developer to submit a more detailed response to the recommendations of the LeCain report. It would also give the two owners of the study site more time to explore the possibility of a land exchange.
